Teachers can send updates, create events and tasks, request volunteer signups, collect payments, and share documents and photos. Parents can engage socially, both with teachers and with each other. All communication stays private to your circle, and only group organizers can see the contact information of the group members.

NEVER FORGET ANOTHER EVENT. It’s easy to create events and tasks in SimplyCircle, and your entire group will get notified. Then, they will receive automated reminders about everything happening that week on Sunday morning, plus one final reminder the day of the event. ENABLE ONE-ON-ONE CONVERSATIONS. With SimplyCircle, parents can engage in one-on-one conversations with other group members, without needing to access their private contact information. Parents can message each other privately right from the app, and be instantly notified when they get a new message. If the recipient of their message does not have the SimplyCircle app, he or she will receive an email – so no communications ever get lost.
INTEGRATED VOLUNTEER SIGNUPS. Volunteer signup features are included right in the SimplyCircle platform, so you don’t have to manage your group communications across multiple different services. Group members can sign up to volunteer with one click of a button, right from their phone.
COLLECT PAYMENTS. Whether you need to collect field trip donations, PTA dues or sell school concert tickets, you can do it directly on SimplyCircle. The money will be instantly deposited to your PayPal account, and you can see who paid you right here on SimplyCircle.
IT'S EASY! It takes less than a minute to set up your private circle and invite your group members. On the app, you can easily invite people from the address book on your phone or by entering their email addresses. On the web, you have additional invitation options such as uploading a CSV file. On all platforms, you can simply share an invite code for your circle, and have parents join it on their own.
